Christopher N. Egge is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in industrial operations and community leadership. He currently serves as the co-owner of Sycamore Seal and Stripe LLC, where his management expertise drives the company’s operations and success.

Chris’s early career in the industrial sector began in the antique automotive parts manufacturing industry, where he developed skills in various roles including Machinist, Inventory, Shipping & Receiving, and Quality Control. He later transitioned to the brick manufacturing industry, where he achieved significant milestones as Plant Superintendent at Meridian Brick (now General Shale) in Mineral Wells, TX, and as Plant Manager at Brampton Brick in Farmersburg, Indiana. His leadership in these roles resulted in substantial profit growth and operational efficiency, managing budgets and complex projects with notable success.

In addition to his industrial achievements, Chris has a distinguished background in military service. He served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and later with the Texas Army National Guard. His military experience includes multiple combat deployments and various leadership roles that contributed to his strong organizational and strategic skills.

Chris is also deeply committed to community service in Sullivan County, Indiana. He is the Treasurer of the Vigo County Veterans Memorial Park, Vice-Chair of the Sullivan County Long-Term Tornado Recovery Coalition, and a board member of the Sullivan County Park & Lake. His involvement with local organizations such as the American Legion and the Elks Lodge further reflects his dedication to the community.

Residing in Sullivan with his wife, Odessa, and their five children. Chris enjoys activities like golf and supporting all of the kids with soccer and high school dance. His blend of professional expertise, military background, and community engagement highlights his broad impact and continued contributions to both his industry and his local community.
